Specialty of Department

College Principal Dr. Vidyanand Kumbhojkar Sir is HOD of Dravyaguna Department and under his guidance all the activities are going on.
Department is having well equipped Pharmacognostic Lab where all pharmacognostic practical are carried out according to the syllabus.
Department is having specious herbal garden having 268 species with near about 621 medicinal plants.
Some endangered species like Ashok, Raktachandan, Daruharidra, Varun, Vikankat, Raajpaatha, Shwet Palash, Raktaeranda, Raktachitrak etc. are conserved in the garden. In Herbal Garden Demonstration room is available to demonstrate the plant parts to the students.
