Introduction

Kriya sharir is the key subject, mainly deals with these 3 pillars ie Vata –Pitta –Kapha . The basic concepts, knowledge, and applicability of Tridosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), Sapta Dhatus (Rasa, Rakta, Mamsa, Meda, Asthi, Majja, Shukra), and Trimala (Mutra, Purish, Sweda) are very important in the critical understanding of the disease. The etiopathogenesis of disease cannot be explained unless assessment of dosh dhatu mala subjectively & objectively.

To explore basic concepts of Ayurved Kriya-Sharir like Dosha, Dhatu, Mala, Agni, Prakriti, Dhatusar etc. thoroughly.
Enable with applied knowledge and science behind prime concepts like Prakriti, Dhatusarata, Agni – koshta ,Nadi etc. along with systemic clinical examinations ( Human Experiments) in healthy individuals.
To evaluate our performance against National & International Benchmark and develop resources according to need.

Swasthavritta plays a vital role in health management and disease prevention. Swasthavritta, not only promote general health but also prevent the pathogenesis of communicable and non-communicable diseases such as anxiety, obesity, diabetes, hyperacidity, insomnia, constipation and indigestion, etc. Swasthavritta denotes the actions or regimen which can be observed to maintain the health of a healthy individual and to prevent the diseases.
