Introduction

Our esteemed institution Seth Govindji Raoji Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya, Solapur was established in 1962 to cater medical education for the student in Indian system of Medicine, Department of Panchakarma is one of the well running department of this institute and trying to establish the health care according to Ayurvedic view in this part of country. Panchakarma is a demanded branch of Ayurveda which is dealing with health promotion as well as treatment of diseases. This department has well equipped unit. The separate ward has been allotted to the department.

➤ Department is actively involved in various social activities like conducting health check-up camps, Seasonwise camp for promotion health , Health Awarness Programmes, training programmes et. In Solapur as well as in its periphery. Promotion of hetilth camp Season wise.

➤ Training the students in interrogating with the patient, their clinical examination, diagnosis the case & treatment aspects.
➤ To give complete knowledge of Panchakarma in practice.
➤ Building confidence in the students to adopt Ayurvedic principles in their practice.
➤ Conducting guest lectures to refresh & enrich the knowledge of students.

➤ Department has carrying various Panchakarma procedures.
➤ Department provides 6 days OPD facility from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 noon and 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
