1)Aushadhi 2) Ksharkarma 3) Agnikarma 4) Shastrakarma - World-wide accepted Ksharsutra chikitsa for Fissure in ano is carried out in this department.

- To make the department Shalya Tantra (surgery) up to mark, to fulfil the teaching and training requirements to student of final year of BAMS.
